- Catch-up TV – Depending on the plan, users may have access to previously aired shows for a limited period.
- Electronic Program Guide (EPG) – A feature that provides scheduling information for available live TV channels.
The specific content, channels, and features available may vary based on the package selected, regional restrictions, and third-party licensing agreements. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content without prior notice.
2. Payment & Refunds
- All payments must be made in advance through the available payment methods.
- Refund Policy: We offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase only if a valid technical issue occurs that prevents the service from functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Service Availability
While we strive to provide consistent, uninterrupted access to our IPTV services, The IPTV Stream does not guarantee 100% uptime or availability. Service availability may be affected by:
- Routine maintenance or system upgrades.
- Issues with third-party hosting providers, content delivery networks (CDNs), or internet service providers.
- Unexpected technical issues, outages, or cyber-attacks.
- Geographical restrictions or licensing limitations imposed by content owners.
We will make every effort to notify users in advance of scheduled downtime, but we are not liable for any disruptions or losses caused by temporary unavailability of the service.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, interfaces, and software used on theiptvstream.com are the exclusive property of The IPTV Stream or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission.
- Use any automated means (such as bots or scraping tools) to access or collect information from our platform.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights displayed on the website or within the service.
Any unauthorized use of our content or intellectual property may result in legal action.
Reseller Terms and conditions
1. Immediate Payment Required
All resellers are required to make payments using instant and immediate payment methods such as:
- Instant EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Direct bank deposit (cash deposit only)
Note: Any delayed or scheduled payments (e.g., scheduled bank transfers or non-instant payments) will result in extended delivery times for the reseller panel.
2. Panel Delivery Timeline
Once full payment has been successfully received, the reseller panel details will be delivered within one (1) hour.
⚠️ Please note: In some cases, delivery may be delayed if credits are not immediately available on our system. We will inform you accordingly in such situations.
3. Responsibility & Support Disclaimer
After delivery of the reseller panel:
- The IPTV Stream is not responsible if the panel becomes blocked, banned, or disabled due to external factors or improper use.
- Resellers must verify the functionality of the panel immediately upon receiving access.
- No claims will be accepted for issues reported after the initial login or for delays resulting from a reseller’s failure to check the panel.
4. Blocked or Banned Panel Requests
If a reseller panel is blocked or banned after delivery, we can:
- Submit a request to have the panel reopened or unblocked.
- This process may take 2–3 working days, and success is not guaranteed, as it depends on external providers.
